What We Do & How We Got Here
New GX Capital founded in 2005 is an investment holding company focused on critical infrastructure and related services sectors in South Africa and beyond.
We focus on identifying high-potential companies and work closely with them to unlock growth and create sustainable value through our active asset management approach to driving stakeholder value.
We have focused on digital, technology including supply chain, and logistics to deliver solutions for smart communities and are now shifting our investment focus to utilities technologies and infrastructure under our Clean Technology platform.

Green Climate Ventures invests in critical digital infrastructure investment opportunities, including fibre networks, towers, data centres in South Africa and beyond and technology companies.

Private equity platform
New GX Ventures SA, in collaboration with RMB Ventures, empowers entrepreneurs in technology, data analytics, supply chain, and logistics, supporting businesses expansion across Africa and global markets. This portfolio is held for a period not longer than 7 years.

Available to all assets within the New GX group and beyond, the Foundation provides a structured pathway for long-term impact as well as acting as a Black Economic Empowerment Partner. By integrating with our Clean Tech, Digital Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Venture Capital platforms, it ensures every investment is rooted in equity, empowerment, and resilience.
